HELD: Defendant’s sentence for internet fraud scheme was properly enhanced under U.S.S.G. § 2B1.1(b)(7)(C) for violation of prior specific judicial order where defendant had entered into consent judgment with state court enjoining him from engaging in similar acts and practices that violated Idaho consumer protection laws.
